Hi, I’m Meg—a special education teacher, intuitive creator, and someone who has always believed there is light in every person, even when it feels out of reach.

EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE WORK

Professional grounding, human perspective.

My work didn’t begin with a business idea. It grew from more than 15 years of working alongside children, adolescents, young adults, families, educators, therapists, healthcare professionals, and communities—and from continually asking what helps people feel safe enough to learn, participate, connect, and grow.

My professional background spans special education for learners with high support needs, sensory processing, nervous-system regulation, mindfulness, yoga, inclusive education, transition services, and trauma-informed practice. Over time, those experiences became deeply interconnected and helped shape the work I do today.

My perspective is also informed by my own neurodivergent lived experience, including ADHD and sensory processing differences. That lived experience deepens how I think about regulation, accessibility, communication, and making room for different ways of experiencing the world.

WHY THIS EXISTS

Your light is still here.

Radiate Your Light Creations was born from a simple truth I’ve come to live by: when we slow down, listen to our bodies, and care for ourselves gently, something inside us begins to soften—and our inner light finds its way back to the surface.

In October 2025, while working as a special education teacher, I sustained a concussion in my classroom. Almost overnight, everything changed. I found myself navigating nervous-system dysregulation, invisible disability, grief, trauma, and the slow, nonlinear process of rebuilding a life I no longer recognized.

During recovery, I discovered something I didn’t expect to love so deeply: creating. Paint pouring and jewelry making became grounding tools—a way to reconnect with myself and slowly rediscover joy, color, and light again.

WHY WORK WITH MEG?

Support that begins with the person—not a formula.

You may be looking for more than a service. You may be looking for someone who will listen carefully, respect how you experience the world, and meet you without pressure or assumptions.

My professional background shapes the way I hold space: individualized, sensory-aware, choice-based, and grounded in respect for the whole person.

Explore ways to work with Meg

Individualized, not one-size-fits-all.
There is room to slow down, ask questions, choose what feels useful, and participate in a way that works for you.

Sensory & regulation aware.
My background includes sensory processing, nervous-system regulation, mindfulness, accessibility, and supporting many different ways of learning and communicating.

Professional experience with a human approach.
More than 15 years in special education, an M.Ed. in Severe Special Education, and Massachusetts educator credentials supporting learners with high support needs, moderate support needs, and elementary education inform how I listen, organize, explain, and adapt.

Choice, dignity & clear boundaries.
You do not need a diagnosis, disclosure, or perfect words to begin. I am clear about the scope of my role and when licensed healthcare support belongs elsewhere.

You do not need to know exactly what you need before you reach out. We can start with where you are.

WHERE PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE MEETS LIVED EXPERIENCE

Both have shaped how I see the work.

Education gave me frameworks. Years in classrooms gave me experience. My concussion gave those ideas a different depth.

After my concussion, sensory-processing challenges and nervous-system dysregulation became part of my own daily life in a way I had never experienced before. It deepened my understanding of how much can be happening beneath what others see—and strengthened a belief that has always guided my work: behavior is communication, and connection and compassion matter.

I don’t believe professional knowledge and lived experience need to compete with one another. I believe each can deepen the way we listen, notice, adapt, and meet another person with dignity.

FOR THOSE DRAWN TO WELLNESS + SPIRITUALITY

Another part of the same story.

Recovery also required me to slow down in ways I never would have chosen. In that quieter season, I experienced what I understand spiritually as a deepening of my intuitive and clair abilities, along with a clearer sense of what felt like my soul’s purpose: helping people feel seen beneath behavior, connect through compassion, and remember the light within themselves.

Through Reiki Level II and intuitive wellness work, I offer a separate spiritual pathway for people who are drawn to energy, intuition, reflection, and reconnection. This is a wellness space—not medical or mental-health treatment—and I do not present my spiritual experiences or beliefs as scientific claims.

My spiritual belief: when we meet ourselves and one another with greater awareness, compassion, and intention, those shifts can create ripples of light—changing the energy we bring into our relationships, communities, and the wider collective.

Explore Rise Within Wellness

WHAT I CREATE

Bright, bold, meaningful, and made with intention.

I create with everything that makes my heart feel alive: bright colors, crystals, glitter, stones, roots, feathers, and bold statement pieces. I’ve always been drawn to things that sparkle and stand out, so my art does too. The brighter, bolder, and shinier, the better.

Through art, jewelry, storytelling, and nervous-system awareness, I hope to hold space for the invisible experiences so many of us carry—brain injury, disability, grief, loss, PTSD, trauma, burnout, caregiver fatigue, overwhelm, and so much more.

As the vision grew, I also wanted one place where I could combine practical nervous-system-awareness resources, share useful supports, connect and empower other Light Workers, and do my small part to help the light rise.
What we cannot see still deserves care, support, and compassion.

LIFE BEYOND THE STUDIO

The beautifully imperfect part, too.

I’m also a wife and a new mom to my wonderfully wild, tornado-of-life daughter. We live on a small mini farm outside Boston with our dog and chickens—a life that is often equal parts beauty, noise, messy moments, laughter, and reminders to come back to what matters.

MORE GLIMPSES

Jewelry, art, nature, joy.

Each piece is made with love and intention, with the hope that it brings you a moment of joy, connection, and remembrance of your own strength—and gently reminds you that your story does not need to be hidden.

Your light is still here.
You don’t have to hide the parts of your story that shaped you.
Let it rise. Let it radiate.
