Choose Your Session

Choose the format that feels easiest to access today.

Live Zoom

Meet with me in real time for conversation, questions, reflection, and shared space. Camera on or off. Ask questions, pause, change direction, or request less sound at any time.

Best for: live connection and in-the-moment support.

Distance Session

You do not need to be online at the session time. Share a question, intention, or preference first. I complete the chosen practice independently and send a written or audio reflection afterward, depending on the offering.

Best for: flexible timing, quieter processing, and receiving in your own space.

Explore More

Only open what you want to read. Everything deeper stays closed until you choose it.

▤ What’s included in each session

Your session begins with your preferences—not a required script. You can tell me what you want support around, or simply arrive and see what feels useful.

Choose what supports you: slower pace • minimal sound • more quiet reflection • more conversation • camera off • written follow-up • pause at any time • skip anything that does not feel right.

There is no “right” way to participate. You are always allowed to change your mind.

▣ How virtual + distance sessions work

Live Zoom

For intuitive guidance, mediumship, and card readings, we talk together in real time. Cards can be pulled and shown on screen. For sound-based elements, you hear the instruments through your device and control your own volume. For Reiki, we share quiet space while I use Reiki practice and intention from my location.

Distance

You share your question, intention, or preferences ahead of time. I complete the session independently and send your reflection afterward. Depending on the offering, I may incorporate Reiki, cards, tuning forks/sound, meditation, or intuitive practices.

About distance Reiki: within Reiki traditions, some practitioners offer Reiki without physical touch or shared location, using focused intention. I present this as a spiritual wellness practice—not as a scientifically established mechanism for transmitting energy at a distance.

For distance sound work, the instruments are part of my practice during your session; I do not claim that sound vibrations physically travel to you remotely.

☼ Explore the practices — simple explanations

Reiki

Gentle energy-based relaxation + connection. Reiki is a Japanese complementary wellness practice. In a traditional in-person session, the practitioner places hands lightly on or just above the body. In my work, Reiki is offered as a spiritual and reflective practice that may support rest, mindfulness, and reconnection.

Sound-based wellness

Sound + vibration as a tool for slowing down. I may use singing bowls, tuning forks, tones, rhythm, or intentional listening to create a point of focus and a gentle sensory experience. Sound is always optional.

Tuning forks

Focused tone + vibration. Tuning forks are metal acoustic resonators that produce a specific tone when activated. In wellness settings, people may use the sound and vibration as a point of focus for relaxation, meditation, or sensory awareness.

Oracle + guidance cards

Visual prompts for reflection + intuition. Cards contain images, words, symbols, or messages that can invite reflection, journaling, intention-setting, or a different perspective. I do not present a card as predictive certainty. You decide what, if anything, feels meaningful.

Intuitive guidance

Making space for what you sense, notice + know. My strongest intuitive senses are clairsentience (clear feeling), claircognizance (clear knowing), and clairvoyance (clear seeing). I may notice feelings, sensations, images, symbols, patterns, words, or a strong sense of knowing. I offer these as impressions to consider—not absolute truth. You remain the expert on your own life.

Evidential mediumship

A spiritual practice centered on specific impressions. In evidential mediumship, a medium attempts to share specific details they interpret as evidence of connection with a person who has died. I share what I perceive without forcing meaning or guaranteeing contact with a particular person.

Channeling

Receiving + exploring intuitive impressions. Channeling is a spiritual or intuitive practice in which a person becomes quiet and receptive to words, imagery, ideas, or guidance they experience as arising beyond deliberate analytical thought. People understand this in different ways—spiritually, intuitively, creatively, or psychologically.

Energy awareness + energy work

Noticing sensations, intention + experience. “Energy work” is a broad modern umbrella for practices that focus on awareness, intention, sensation, and what some traditions describe as energetic systems. Experiences vary widely, and there is no single correct way to experience it.

Energy clearing

An intentional reset. Clearing practices may use sound, visualization, intention, movement, mist, natural materials, Reiki, or other sensory and reflective tools. You do not need a particular belief system. Sometimes the practice can simply mean: This is a moment to pause, reset, and begin again.

Meditation + mindfulness

Pause. Notice. Return. Mindfulness means intentionally noticing present-moment experience. It does not require a blank mind or closed eyes. Notice what is here; when attention wanders, notice that too, then return to something supportive.

Intention + reflection

An intention can be a word, value, question, or reminder—not a demand that something happen. Examples: Rest. Trust myself. Stay curious. Let go. Notice what I need. Come back to myself.

♡ My journey — why I explore these practices

My concussion changed the way I experienced the world. My sensory and nervous systems became extremely heightened. That brought many difficult changes to everyday life—but I also noticed unexpected changes in my awareness.

I had experienced strong intuition and sensitivity throughout my life, but after my accident those experiences felt significantly amplified. I began exploring what spiritual and intuitive communities describe as extrasensory perception (ESP). My strongest experiences are clairsentience, claircognizance, and clairvoyance. I share this as my personal lived and spiritual experience, not as a claim that concussion medically causes intuitive abilities.

Why Reiki + sound became part of my path

At one point in my recovery, I was deeply frustrated. I had been prescribed multiple medications in an effort to address different symptoms, but from my perspective they were not giving me the relief I had hoped for. I often felt less like myself and was also navigating additional side effects and challenges.

I wanted to explore other ways of supporting myself alongside the medical care I was already receiving. That curiosity led me more deeply into Reiki, sound healing, meditation, energy work, yoga, and other mind-body practices. What drew me to them was not a promise of a quick fix. It was the opportunity to slow down, listen, rest, and reconnect with myself.

The question that kept coming back was: What helps me feel more connected to myself again?

A season of learning + connection

When I was home, isolated, and unable to access so much of my normal life, I had time to explore. I took online courses and trainings, practiced, asked questions, and connected with communities around the world with similar interests, skills, and missions.

A huge thank-you to Danielle Searancke and The Spirit School community. I do not know what that chapter of my recovery would have looked like without the weekly calls, training sessions, conversations, and community. Thank you for helping me find language for what I was experiencing, explore it without fear, and learn how I might use these parts of myself in service of others.

And thank you to Jamie Zajac and the Magnetic Soul community. I loved the channeling sessions, energetic work, guidance, and encouragement to look at beliefs that were keeping me small—to trust myself, step into the unknown, share my gifts, and spread more light and love.

Sometimes healing is about returning to who you were. Sometimes it is also about discovering parts of yourself you had never fully had the space to meet.

▢ History + sources — where these practices come from

Reiki: Modern Usui Reiki developed in Japan in the 1920s through Mikao Usui and later spread internationally. Duke Health: origins of Reiki ↗NCCIH: Reiki evidence + safety ↗

Tuning forks: The tuning fork is generally credited to British musician John Shore in 1711 and was originally used as a reliable pitch standard for musical instruments; later it also became a precision scientific tool. Smithsonian National Museum of American History ↗

Sound practices: Humans have used music and sound in ritual, contemplative, and therapeutic settings across many cultures for a very long time. Modern “sound healing” is a broad contemporary wellness umbrella, not one single ancient system. Singing bowls and other sound-based practices are now being studied, but evidence for health effects is still developing. PubMed: music as therapy in early history ↗PubMed: 2025 singing-bowl systematic review ↗

Cards: European playing cards were in use by the 14th century, and tarot developed as a card game in 15th-century Italy. The association of tarot with fortune-telling and occult practice became widespread much later, particularly in the 19th century. Modern oracle decks are less standardized and are part of the broader history of symbolic and divinatory card use. The Metropolitan Museum of Art: history of tarot ↗

Mediumship: Practices involving communication with the dead are much older than modern Spiritualism, but modern American Spiritualism grew rapidly in the mid-19th century, with mediumship becoming a central practice. Historical claims around mediumship have also been debated and challenged; I present mediumship here as a spiritual practice rather than scientifically established proof of an afterlife. Smithsonian: history of Spiritualism in America ↗Library of Congress: 1852 Spiritualism text ↗

Mindfulness + meditation: Meditation has roots going back thousands of years, with many practices developing in Eastern traditions. Modern secular mindfulness programs draw in part from Buddhist meditation traditions. In 1979, Jon Kabat-Zinn developed the program that became Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. NCCIH: meditation + mindfulness ↗NCBI Bookshelf: history of modern mindfulness ↗

Channeling: Modern channeling overlaps historically with Spiritualism and later New Age movements, although people interpret the experience in very different ways. I use the term descriptively for intuitive/spiritual experiences and do not present channeled information as independently verified fact.

Energy work: “Energy work” is not one single historical tradition. It is a broad contemporary term that can include practices such as Reiki and other approaches based on concepts of life energy or biofields. These concepts carry spiritual and cultural meanings, and some proposed energy fields have not been scientifically established. NCCIH: complementary-health terminology ↗
